Pens playoffs by the numbers

The Pens top scorers in the postseason:

Crosby 10 G 8 A 18 pts +5
Malkin 6G 11A 17 pts -2
Gonchar 2 G 7 A 9 pts +1
Guerin 4 G 4 A 8 pts +6
Letang 2 G 6A 8 pts +1
Fedotenko 4G 3A 7 pts +2
Kunitz 0 G 7 A 7 pts 0
Eaton 4 G 1 A 5 pts +4
Kennedy 2 G 2 A 4 pts -1
Staal 1 G 3 A 4pts -4

other notable players stats-Orpik has 3 assists but is playing to a minus 3.....Boucher is a minus 2 in only 3 games played, and Dupuis had no points in 10 games and is a minus 3.

First the obvious props to Sid and Geno they are on a torrid pace. Also, Letang has played very well and will only get better with age. Guerin with 8 pts and a +6 is doing what we hoped he would do, and you can see that losing Gonch costs us our 3rd leading scorer, and best defenseman with regard to the breakout passes, and a guy who logs 23-24 minutes of ice time v the best offensive unit of the oppostion. Props also to Fedotenko, a real gamer, and Eaton!! Kunitz has 7 points and brings physical play BUT playing on the top line with Sid, he needs a couple of goals.....all in all, though he is not hurting us in any way. Staal, with only 1 goal, and -4 for a defensive minded center, Dupuis with no points, Sykora disappearing, Orpik playing to a minus 3, and Fleury playing mediocre are the issues at the moment. Some of these guys need to bring it Wednesday!
