Pens win to go 12-8-1

In a workman like performance the Penguins beat the Florida Panthers tonight on the road to get to 6-3-1 this year on the road. The penalty kill remains an elite unit going 5 for 5 tonight on the kill, and the power play actually made a difference going 2 for 3 with power play goals by Letang(the first for a Pens defeneman since 10/18), and Sidney Crosby who is tied for the league lead in points, and second in the league in goal scoring. Crosby now has 20 points in his last 9 games, and came into tonights game on pace for 55 goals and 129 points! Don't look now but Marc Andre Fleury is now 6-0-1 in his last seven games. Michalek was a shot blocking monster tonight. Connor found the back of the net for the game winner. See you in Buffalo!
